When submitting a bug report please let us know what the expected result of your action is as well as what is happening that you deem to be a bug. Also include the following information as well as anything that is relevant to the issue.
- time
- when did it start happening?
- when was it last 'working'?
- what known changes were made?
- system
- client (e.g., browser), version
- plugins
- hosting
- documentation
- clickable URLs
- assumptions/biases
- assume that we believe all systems to be bug-free, unless specifically mentioned in 'known issues'
- burden of proof is on the reporter
